Blues must break TV curse #bcfc

When Blues line up at Derby County on Saturday they must not only overcome their recent terrible form but break a TV curse.  Blues have never done very well live on TV, the only exceptions that really stick out are the Carling cup triumph over Arsenal, the 5-1 against Newcastle and the 3-0 success over the Villa.  Blues normally shoot themselves in the foot by either getting someone sent off or letting in a bag full of goals by an ex-striker or “the Player that got away”.  Pride Park has recently been a happy hunting ground for Blues, Derby have recorded only one win in seven games against the Blues stretching back to 1993.  Lee Clark will be hoping his Blues can go one better than Chris Hughtons did last season when Blues were beaten at Pride Park 2-1 with goals from Shackell and Steve Davies overturning a Curtis Davies opening goal.  However Blues have now gone Eight TV games without a win and only one win in twelve the FA Cup away success versus Wolves last season. This season we have yet to even score live on TV let alone get a point. Blues will have to do something remarkable to over turn these kind of stats especially when you consider Derby have lost ony once this season on their own patch
