Kenny Jackett is likely to welcome back Andy Keogh to the Millwall squad after suffering concussion.

Midfielder James Henry (hamstring) is not going to be risked, while defender Paul Robinson (pelvis) is the only other absentee for Jackett.

Birmingham striker Peter Lovenkrands (groin) and midfielder Morgaro Gomis (thigh) are both sidelined.

Jonathan Spector and Nikola Zigic are suspended, but new signing Papa Bouba Diop should be named in the squad.



• Birmingham have had the better of the exchanges with Millwall over the years, winning 18 and losing nine of 37 league and cup clashes.

• The Midland club thrashed the Lions 6-0 on their last visit to the Den in January when Millwall had Shane Lowry and Alan Dunne sent off. Blues also completed the double over Millwall with a 9-0 aggregate score.

• Millwall have taken just one point off Birmingham in four matches since their last victory, which was 2-0 on home soil in April 1996, at second league level.


• Millwall are on their longest unbeaten sequence of the season of four matches (W1, D3).

• Opponents have opened the scoring in eight of their 11 Championship fixtures.

• 14 of the 21 league goals Kenny Jackett’s side have conceded, have been shipped in the first-half.

Birmingham City

• Fifth-bottom Birmingham have an identical record to Millwall, who are immediately above them, of three wins, three draws, five defeats, and 12 points out of 11.

• They are chasing their 300th away win in second level league football.

• Lee Clark’s side are scoring a goal a game on average; 11 in 11.
